Step 1: Call a Doctor to Your Home

If someone in your home is unwell and needs a doctor:

■    Visit doorstepdoctor.in and click on the Doctors option.
■    You’ll see a list of cities and villages in Gujarat.
■    Click on your city to view a list of available doctors in that area.
■    There’s a search bar at the top—type in your area name to narrow down the list.
■    Check out the details of the doctors listed.
■    When you find one that suits your needs, you can call or WhatsApp them directly using the number provided.
■    Invite the doctor to your home for a visit.

You can also use the same process to call Physiotherapists, Dieticians, Naturopaths, Dentists, Psychiatrists and other specialists.

Step 2: Get Medicines at Your doorstep

After the doctor examines and prescribes medicines, you can order it at home:

■    Go to the homepage and click on Medical Stores / Pharmacies.
■    Select your city from the list.
■    Choose a medical store and send the doctor’s prescription to their WhatsApp number.
■    The store will check availability, apply any discounts, and send you the final Amount on WhatsApp.
■    Once you confirm with an “OK” and share your address, they’ll deliver the medicines and collect the payment.

Step 3: Book Home Sample Collection for Lab Tests

If the doctor recommends a test like a blood or urine test:

■    Go to the homepage and click on Laboratories.
■    Select your city to see available labs.
■    Choose a lab and call them directly to schedule a home visit for sample collection.

Step 4: Order Medical Equipment to Your Home

Need equipment like a normal bed, air bed, wheelchair, glucose meter, pulse oximeter etc...

■    Go to the homepage and click on Medical Equipment Stores.
■    Select your city to see available Medical Equipment Stores.
■    Choose a Medical Equipment Store and call them directly to place your order.
■    The equipment will be delivered right to your home.
